All our candles are handcrafted with love and care, ensuring the highest quality for each product. Due to the nature of our handmade products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be returned.

We do not provide refunds for any orders unless the product is received in a damaged condition (see below).

🚨 Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case your candle arrives damaged:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Send us clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• If approved, we will offer a replacement (not a refund)

We reserve the right to decline a replacement if sufficient proof of damage is not provided.
